Basic Information About The Unique Private Island Property
This island is located in a strategic location near a number of residential properties and a few hospitality properties, only 15 minutes away from Isla Colon. The island’s terrain is a mix of low lying land and a large hill offering spectacular views. A number of different trees are found on the property, and a large quantity of coconut palms. This island was the site of a future development which would include over-the-water bungalows and a hotel/restaurant on the island itself. Some of the infrastructure is still present on the island, seen in the photos, but the future owner will have the opportunity to continue with the development and create their own designs, or use the island for a completely different purpose such as segregation into various parcels to be sold.
