THE LAND
Northern facing for refreshing breeze, this property boasts excellent elevation and even more remarkable views of the turquoise sea and Drago’s centerpiece ‘Bird Island’. The property has been thoughtfully cleared, leaving large trees for shade.
A caliche driveway has been built which leads from the private community road to the building site. This driveway was a joint venture with the owner of the neighboring lot, which remains raw land. The land owners on North Drago share the annual costs of maintaining a shared road which is gated and gives access to each of their properties.
The lot has about 90 meters of bluff seafront, where the drop to sea level is about 4 meters. A location where stairs could be built to access the sea is apparent, and a small beach would be accessible there. Long beaches, secret coves, beautiful estuaries and protected lagoons are all short distances away. Exploring the North coast of Isla Colon is endless, with many natural treasures to be found.
THE STRUCTURE
Built like a rock, the concrete framework of this two story home is ready for your personal design. Twenty steel enforced pilars stand on a thick foundation, with open space at the front and the back for future second story verandas.
